About the Conference

This 2018 American Meridian University International Interdisciplinary Academic and Business Conference (2018 AMUIIABC) focuses on quality management-based innovative process improvements, quality practice-rubrics to assess student progress and “To Do” lists for refining process improvement elements such as GEMBA walks. The 2018 AMUIIABC encourages real-time, in-conference problem solving by academics, practitioners, and the business community.
Participants are welcome from varied disciplines, e.g. Quality Management, Lean Thinking, Six Sigma, Business, Leadership, Education, Technology, Health Systems Management, Public Policy, Public Administration, etc. Presentations may cover diverse areas of learning and education such as religious-health-higher education – and lifelong learning in any of its sites, e.g. home, school, college/university, workplace.
Finally, the 2018 AMUIIABC offers opportunities to understand the latest quality improvement ideas, connect with like-minded colleagues, and generate momentum for change in participant organizations. Presenters are encouraged to submit abstracts regarding subjects from numerous disciplines; see the Call for Abstracts Tab for details.

Accepted Presentations will appear in Conference Proceedings. This conference is a tremendous opportunity for graduate students, doctoral students, researchers, faculty, and practitioners to submit abstracts for peer-review conference acceptance without the requirement of personal attendance. All submissions must follow APA 6th edition format and be supported by an appropriate number of academic references.

Mission

The 2018 American Meridian University International Interdisciplinary Academic and Business Conference will host emerging and ground-breaking refereed research on quality management principles and practices, lean management principles and practices and six-sigma. The conference’s scope includes

  1. quality tools and their usage
  2. quality system management advances
  3. teaching and learning; and
  4. process improvements. To accomplish its mission, the AMUIIABC will publish a refereed conference” proceedings”.

Objectives

  • Present instructive viewpoints – conferences, workshops, and colloquia for researchers.
  • Encourage partnership between academics, practitioners, and professionals internationally.
  • Support research that improves knowledge, skill, modernization, and originality.
  • Provide resources and forums to up and coming national and international scholars. scholars
  • Publish professional and academic proceedings.
  • Promote scholarly journals, book chapters and other forms of refereed publications.

AIM AND SCOPE of CONFERENCE

The 2018 American Meridian University International Interdisciplinary Academic Education and Business Conference focuses on Quality, Management, Processes, Sustainability, and Lean/Six Sigma. The 2018 AMUIIABC is dedicated to reviewing up-to-date achievements and trends that could affect quality in numerous academic and business areas. The main purpose of this international conference is to discuss a broad range of topics in a collaborative setting.
The quality of presentations is expected to be very high. Energetic discussions will occur during the different sessions between academics, practitioners, technologists, and drivers of sustainability. Discussions will review the multidisciplinary research approach activities within the tracks/categories.
Presenters have 15 minutes to present their research, and then answer questions.

SUBMISSION INFORMATION

You will need to create a login through easychair.org to submit all abstracts. Input all requested information. Abstracts should be between 150-200 words. Include a minimum of five (5) Keywords. First, submit the abstract. Next, wait to hear if the abstract is accepted. Submit your abstracts as soon as possible. Each researcher may submit just two (2) abstracts. Use APA 6th edition for the writing style. Look for accepted abstracts online, conference website, and in a conference peer-reviewed proceeding. This document is considered the property of the 2018 AMUIIABC.

All submissions, abstracts, are reviewed and then published in a refereed conference proceeding. Conference proceedings are peer-reviewed.

Call for Virtual Presentation Reviewers

The 2018 American Meridian University Interdisciplinary Academic and Business Conference is calling for reviewers for virtual presentations. Each reviewer may be asked to review up to five (5) presentations. All reviewers will receive recognition for their work.
